Cost-Benefit Analysis and Related Research for Project Revitalisation of infrastructure in degraded territories in Southern Part of Kuldiga City for Development of Entrepreneurship

The project was carried out to develop necessary documentation for attraction of EU structural fund financing within the framework of the Operational programme “Growth and employment” specific objective 5.6.2. “Revitalisation of territories through regeneration of degraded territories according to municipal integrated development programmes” for Kuldiga district Municipality’s project “Improvement of Infrastructure of Degraded territories in Southern Part of Kuldiga City for Development of Entrepreneurship”.

The overall aim of these investments is revitalisation and restoring commercial use of degraded (deprived) areas in cities by adjusting them for purposes of development of entrepreneurship.

The project included description and analysis of environmental and socioeconomic factors in Kuldiga District and Kuldiga city, revitalization needs and potential, assessment of projects risks, development of recommendations for project activities, intended results and implementation of horizontal priorities as well as cost benefit analysis.
