Impact assessment of the extension of the energy efficiency obligation scheme

The aim is to look at the experience of the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme, assess the possibilities for extending the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme, as well as assess the impacts, in order to identify the criteria for selecting the potentially inclusive sector and responsible parties for future commitment periods.

Based on the results of the study, proposals were developed for expanding and improving the system of the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme in Latvia for 2021-2030.
