National identity, civil society and integration policy guideline 2012-2018 impact assessment

The aim of the study is to develop an impact assessment of the National Identity, Civil Society and Integration Policy Guidelines (NIPSIPP) for 2012-2018, including evaluation of the objective and result achievements, policy results and performance indicators, stakeholders and the use of resources.

The evaluation includes development of evaluation methodology, analysis of policy implementation, NIPSIPP programmes and aims, identification of institutions involved in the implementation, analysis of implemented activities and their results. As well as identification of reached target groups, calculation of performance indicators, assessment of efficiency and effectiveness, analysis of target group survey. The final part of the evaluation summaries the conclusions and provides recommendations for future development of integration policy.

The survey was conducted in cooperation with AS Norstat Latvija and involved more than 1300 respondents.
