Study on social services with particular focus on personal targeted social services for people in vulnerable situations
The study describes the social services sector within the broader context of services of general interest. The study takes stock of how the social services sector evolved in Latvia and Lithuania, including its different roles, users groups and providers. The study aims at categorising social services, based on their functions and objectives.
